		reported.  

DESCRIPTION	Aircraft was enroute to a satellite base in 
		Shelbyville, TN.  Aircraft experienced a partial 
		power failure to one engine.  Emergent landing was 
		made at Bomar Field Airport, Shelbyville, TN 
		without incident.
