		Injuries. No patient.  

DESCRIPTION	Aircraft departed Addison Texas enroute to 
		Witchita, KS for an interhospital transport.  In 
		the Decatur area enroute one engine failed and the 
		other failed shortly thereafter.  The Aircraft 
		crashed injuring the crew.
