DESCRIPTION	Aircraft landed at a scene near Hallelujah 
		Junction off US 395.  Upon lift off, pilot lost 
		visual reference due to sand and dust.  While 
		setting the aircraft down, the helicopter rolled 
		over on its side.  One engine caught fire but was 
		extinguished by pilot.  Damage to aircraft was 
		substantial. 

ADDITIONAL INFO	Pilot, Nurse and EMT received minor bruises not 
		requiring medical attention.  The patient received 
		no additional injuries and was taken to Washoe 
		Medical Center by ground ambulance.
