DESCRIPTION	The aircraft (which is housed on the roof of the 
		hospital) was found by the crew to have a box 
		taped to the airframe.  The box had printing 
		stating the contents were "military explosives".  
		The FBI and local law enforcement were called and 
		the box was found to be empty, with no explosives 
		found in the area.  Parts of the hospital were 
		briefly evacuated.  The incident is under 
		investigation.
