TEAM		2 pilots, 1 nurse. No injuries reported. 

DESCRIPTION	Aircraft was on short final to a hospital helipad 
		in Ogden when it experienced a loss of power.  
		After a hard landing, the aircraft spun and turned 
		on its side.  The crew was treated and released.  
		There was extensive damage to the aircraft.
