TEAM		NURSE, MEDIC, PILOT. No injuries reported. No 
		patient.  

DESCRIPTION	While enroute to an interhospital flight, the 
		lower pendulum weight failed and departed the 
		aircraft causing a significant vibration.  Crew 
		returned to base (airport CHL).  No injuries.  
		Aircraft is being evaluated at this time.
