DESCRIPTION	Aircraft was lifting off from University Hospitals 
		of Cleveland's rooftop helipad when it hit the 
		side of the hospital and crashed to the ground.  
		There was significant damage to the hospital and 
		aircraft.  There was no mayday call. 

ADDITIONAL INFO	The flight paramedic is currently in surgery with 
		multiple fractures and 20% 2nd degree burns.  
		Identification of victims is pending notification 
		of next of kin.  More information when available
