DESCRIPTION	Flight Nurse Tony Pirraglia was killed in the line 
		of duty in Charleston, South Carolina.  Upon 
		hearing a MVC on a street adjacent to their base, 
		he approached the car to assist the occupant and 
		was shot in the chest at close range.  Despite his 
		teammates efforts, the wound was fatal.  Mandy 
		Larson, a NICU nurse from MUSC was shot in the 
		shoulder and underwent surgery last night.  She is 
		expected to make a full recovery 

ADDITIONAL INFO	The assailant ran from the scene and encountered a 
		law enforcement officer who was also shot and 
		killed.  A bond hearing is scheduled this morning 
		for the suspected assailant.  Memorial services 
		have not been scheduled.  Follow up bulletin will 
		follow when this information is available.
