DESCRIPTION	Aircraft lost power shortly after takeoff.  Landed 
		in small clearing from an altitude of 
		approximately 300 feet.  Significant damage to 
		aircraft.  Pilot in serious condition at 
		Harborview Medical Center.  No patient or other 
		crew members on board.
