DESCRIPTION	Enroute back to base after transporting a patient 
		when a strong vibration and the smell of smoke was 
		noted by the crew.  A precautionary landing was 
		performed into a shopping center parking lot. 

ADDITIONAL INFO	There were no injuries and no aircraft damage.  
		Upon inspection by the base mechanic, the tail 
		rotor drive shaft bearing was replaced.
