DESCRIPTION Aircraft had been on a two day mission successfully transporting a male cardiac/stroke patient from La Morada, CA to Jackson, MS, and another male MVC patient from Mobile, AL to Houston, TX. Bad weather required the crew to overnight in Houston before returning to the Chino base. Sunday's departure from Hobby was uneventful until shortly after arriving at 40,000 cruising altitude. At 1500 hours, the aircraft experienced sudden rapid decompression of the main cabin. Capt. Middleton assisted by First Officer Hank Surface successfully landed at El Paso at 1524. ADDITIONAL INFO There were no injuries reported. Repairs were made to the main cabin door seal, and the flight continued to Chino base without incident.
