Rescue Air One - Non-injury incident

DESCRIPTION	Aircraft was to be delivered to Rescue Air One on 
		5/16/2002.  Pilots were in training and were 
		practicing an hydraulics off landing when they 
		encountered a gust of wind at 40' off the ground.  
		Aircraft impacted ground and rolled on its side.  
		This occurred during part 91 operations.
