TEAM		2 pilots, 1 nurse, 1 flight medic. Injuries. No 
		patient.  

DESCRIPTION	Aircraft was lifting off from a ground level 
		helipad when the pilot became distracted.  He lost 
		control of the aircraft and struck a hospital 
		building.  Crew members were treated for minor 
		injuries and released.  The aircraft sustained 
		significant damage
