DESCRIPTION	A Mercy Air Bell 222 helicopter based out of 
		Pahrump, Nevada went down this morning at 
		approximately 4:40 am PST en route to an 
		automobile accident in Baker, California.  Three 
		fatalities, including the pilot, flight nurse and 
		paramedic have been confirmed
