DESCRIPTION	Aircraft had responded to an indistrial accident 
		scene and encountered brown out conditions 
		creating visibility problems resulting in a 
		suspected hard landing.  Patient was transported 
		via ground.  There were no injuries. 

ADDITIONAL INFO	Mechanic responded to the scene and found no 
		aircraft damage.  Returned to service at 1530.
