TEAM		Pilot, Flight Nurse, Flight Paramedic. No injuries 
		reported. No patient.  

DESCRIPTION	On short final approach at approximately 30-35 
		feet the aircraft started to spin to the right.  
		Throttle was reduced to flight idle and an 
		autorotation completed.  Aircraft landed hard 
		resulting in damage to the skids and tail boom.
