DESCRIPTION	Aircraft departed from rooftop helipad enroute to 
		scene response.  Approx 15-20 seconds into the 
		flight the crew noted a smell of smoke.  Pilot 
		initiated an immediate return to pad and landed 
		without incident.  Fire was noted around one of 
		the landing lights.  Fire extinguished by flight 
		crew with the on board extinguisher.  Minor 
		damage.
