Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE Twinstar F2 TAIL# N30LG TEAM Pilot, Nurse, Paramedic. No injuries reported. Patient on board. DESCRIPTION While transporting a patient to the trauma center from a remote wilderness area, a blanket was sucked out of an 11" by 13" window approximately 8 minutes into the flight. The pilot reported no change in the controls and safely landed the helicopter. Upon landing the pilot inspected the aircraft and discovered a bent tail rotor strike tab. Tail rotor, gear box and drive shaft were replaced as a result of the incident.
