No injuries reported. No patient. DESCRIPTION Flight was aborted immediately after take off due to a compass malfunction. During post flight inspection, it was noted that the starboard Devore light assembly had departed the aircraft at some point during the flight. both tail rotor blades sustained damage to their leading edge. ADDITIONAL INFO Mechanic was dispatched to inspect aircraft.
