Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE King Air 200 TAIL# N888ZX TEAM Pilot, Nurse, Paramedic. No injuries reported. Patient on board. DESCRIPTION Pre-flight inspection by the pilot and medical crew revealed nothing abnormal. On takeoff the aircraft began vibrating and producing an external noise from the front of the aircraft consistant with a flat tire. Takeoff was aborted without incident, damage to aircraft or harm to the patient. Inspection of the aircraft revealed as flat nose gear tire without a visible source of damage. ADDITIONAL INFO A second aircraft was dispatched and arrived approximately 45 minutes later to complete the transport.
