DESCRIPTION	
	EagleMed 4 was returning to its Dodge City base from Wichita
	Med-Continent Airport. At approximately 0300, all contact was lost
	with the aircraft and at approximately 0325 a crash was reported
	northwest of Dodge City Regional Airport. As rescue personnel arrived
	on scene, it was quickly determined that there were no survivors.
