DESCRIPTION	
	The crew was transporting a patient from Ecuador to Washington DC for
	medical care when it stopped in Panama City, Panama, for fuel. 
	Approximately two minutes after departure from Tocumen International
	Airport, the jet was seen to make a sharp right hand turn and then
	crash into a hangar facility at the airport.  All aboard, including
	the patient and a companion, and one person on the ground, were
	killed.
