DESCRIPTION	
	Flight departed eastbound from San Diego Brown Field returning to base
	in Albuquerque, NM.  ATC reported loss of radar contact and
	communications with crew approximately one minute into the flight. 
	San Diego PD helicopter confirmed crash site and San Diego Sheriff's
	SAR team hiked over rugged terrain approximately three hours to reach
	crash site.
