DESCRIPTION	
	At approximately 01:30 am, a Med Flight Air Ambulance, Inc. Lear 35A
	from the Albuquerque base crased shortly after takeoff into
	mountainous terrain approximately 2 miles east of the San Diego Brown
	Fireld Airport in California. The Learjet impacted just below the
	summit of Otay Mesa. All five crewmembers on board were killed
	instantly on impact.
