Box 768 West Plains, Mo 65775 WEATHER Clear, no wind AIRCRAFT_TYPE BH 206L TEAM Injuries. No patient. DESCRIPTION The aircraft had just taken off from Riverside Airport, Tulsa, OK, after refueling at 1730 hrs. The helicopter was a few miles from the airport when it was reported that a loud noise was heard. The aircraft lost power and landed hard in a field where it rolled on its side. ADDITIONAL INFO Updated information from investigators states that medical equipment routinely secured in a rear baggage compartment has been located approximately one mile from the impact site under the flight path of the aircraft.
