	National EMS Memorial

NOTICE	
	The application period for submission of names to the National EMS
	Memorial Service in Roanoke, Virginia, May 28th, 2005, has been
	extended to January 31, 2005.  This service is for those in the EMS
	community, including  air medical and critical care ground transport,
	whom have died in the line of duty.  
	
	There is a desire on the part of the National EMS Memorial to include
	not only those whom we lost this past year, but in all years as well. 
	If your family member or colleague has not yet been recognized by this
	healing and stirring service, you are welcome to submit his or her
	name to the list of those already present.
