AIRCRAFT_TYPE King Air 100 TAIL# N3076W TEAM 2 pilots, 2 RN's. No injuries reported. Patient on board. DESCRIPTION While at altitude, in cruise flight, the aircraft experienced a sudden onset of up & down motion similar to a porpoise in water. An emergency landing was made w/o incident. Arrangements were made to transfer the patient to another aircraft and the flight was completed. After a thorough inspection and maint. completed, the aircraft was placed back in service.
