DESCRIPTION	
	Tri-State CareFlight 4, based at Mercy Medical Center in Durango,
	Colorado, responding to the scene of an injured logger in the Mancos,
	Colorado area, was reported down approximately fifteen minutes into
	the flight.  The entire crew was killed in the crash.
