Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE BK-117 A4 TAIL# N911WS TEAM 2 Pilots, Specialty Team (Flight Nurse, Respiratory Therapist). No injuries reported. Patient on board. DESCRIPTION While en route to the receiving hospital, the PIC noted a torque split along with a popped beep trim circuit breaker that would not resolve. The PIC elected to divert to the Charles B Wheeler Downtown Airport to land. En route to the airport, the aircraft experienced a decrease in power in the effected engine. The PIC declared an emergency and executed a successful run on landing without further incident. The patient was transported by ground to the receiving facility. ADDITIONAL INFO The mechanics found a shorted circuit board. The aircraft is expected to return to service upon replacement of the part.
