Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE BK 117 TAIL# N137HH TEAM Pilot, Flight Nurse, Flight RT. No injuries reported. Patient on board. DESCRIPTION While on a patient transport, the #1 engine experienced a significant reduction in power. The aircraft aborted rooftop landing, secured the #1 engine and landed at the nearest airport. Patient was transported by ground with the crew without incident. ADDITIONAL INFO The aircraft's affected engine was found to have a loose air line which was tightened. The aircraft was tested and was air-worthy for the leg back to base. Upon short final to base, the same problem as above occurred. Maintenance troubleshot the problem and ultimately replaced the affected engine.
