DESCRIPTION	
	After arrival at the receiving facility, aircraft refueled and
	prepared for departure. During engine start, a noise was heard by the
	crew, and the aircraft shifted. Pilot immediately shut down engines.
	Discovered upon a walk around by the pilot, was a cracked front cross
	tube.
