Not a factor AIRCRAFT_TYPE MD-900 TAIL# N905LF TEAM Pilot, Flight Nurse, Flight Nurse. No injuries reported. No patient. DESCRIPTION After arrival at the receiving facility, aircraft refueled and prepared for departure. During engine start, a noise was heard by the crew, and the aircraft shifted. Pilot immediately shut down engines. Discovered upon a walk around by the pilot, was a cracked front cross tube. ADDITIONAL INFO MDHI and Keystone Helicopters are investigating.
