No injuries reported. No patient. DESCRIPTION At approximately 5:20pm Jan. 19,2006, an Agusta 109 helicopter operated by CareFlite had an incident at Fort Worth Meacham Field. As the aircraft was taxiing, the rotor system and transmission separated from the helicopter. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The pilot was the only person on board, and he was not injured.
