Notice: 
	A procedural error resulted in an unauthorized, and incomplete, 
	bulletin regarding the fatal crash of a CCT ambulance being
	transmitted via CONCERN.  
	
	The operation involved was the University of Colorado LifeLink CCT,
	operated by Rural/Metro Ambulance in Denver, Colorado.  Messages of
	condolence may be sent to:
