Description: 
	Apparent mechanical issue on final approach into hospital helipad. 
	Aircraft crashed onto golf course next to hospital (no fire). 
	Patient (in critical condition prior to/during transport) survived
	crash but died later that night (ME report and cause of death
	pending).

Additional Info: 
	Darryl, Nancy and David remain in hospital recovering from injuries. 
	NTSB has not released any initial findings.
