	During a scheduled transmission change a crack was found near the
	left aft transmission attach point. The crack was in the vertical
	skin of the box beam area. Upon further investigation, the crack had
	propagated into the primary structure (extrusion) that is inside of
	the "box beam". The extrusion was cracked completely in half. 
	
	Agusta is aware of the situation.  For further information, please
