Team: Pilot, flight nurse, flight paramedic. No injuries reported. No patient. 

Description: 
	While preparing for departure from the airport and in a hover hold for
	landing traffic, aircraft drifted rearward striking tail rotor on
	hangar door.  Pilot immediately performed a hovering autorotation
	without further incident.

Additional Info: 
	Damage to tail rotor.
