Team: Pilot, flight nurse, flight paramedic. No injuries reported. No patient. 

Description: 
	On 11-2-06 at approx. 2100 shortly after takeoff an engine chip light
	illuminated.  The pilot immeidately initiated a return to the
	hospital helipad.  On final, the engine experienced a total,
	non-contained failure. An autorotaion ended just short of the
	helipad, causing extensive damage to the aircraft. No crew members
	were injured.
