Description: 
	While maneuvering for departure from MVA LZ,  aircraft tail rotor
	struck tree limb. Aircraft landed at scene. Aircraft damage limited
	to tailboom and tailrotor. Patient transported via ground. Aircraft
	recovered after FAA release.
