Description: 
	Shortly after take off from Sierra Blanco Regional Airport the
	aircraft went down. The NTSB is leading the investigation of the
	accident. Southwest Med Evac is assisting with the investigation. 

Additional Info: 
	The patient and a family member also received fatal injuries.
