Notice: 
	October 9, 2007; EAGLE AIR MED; BLANDING, UTAH ? A memorial service
	honoring Pilot Ric Miller, Flight Paramedic Dana Dedman, and Flight
	Nurse Ronnie Helton who lost their lives in an air ambulance accident
	on October 4, 2007 in southern Colorado, will be held on Thursday,
	October 18th at 1:00 pm Mountain Time in Chinle, Arizona.  The event
	is being held at the Chinle Community Center located in Chinle,
	Arizona 86503.  Ground transportation to and from the Chinle airport
	will be provided at intervals throughout the day for those wishing to
	fly to Chinle to participate in the service.
	
	All organizations and personnel wanting to honor these fallen air
	medical personnel are invited and encouraged to attend.  Email

	A memorial bank account has been established in the name of each of
	the deceased at Wells Fargo Bank for those wishing to make a financial
	contribution to the families of the victims.   Email
