Description: 
	On 1/13/08 a pre-flight inspection of the Charleston based aircraft
	revealed a 10" 45 degree angle crack on the trailing edge of one of
	the main rotor blades.  It was difficult to see from the ground, but
	was clearly visible from the top.  The aircraft was taken out of
	service and the blade replaced.  The aircraft is back in service.
	
	On 1/21/08 a pre-flight inspection of the Morgantown based aircraft
	revealed a 1" 45 degree crack on the trailing edge of one of the main
	rotor blades.  The aircraft was taken out of service and the blade is
	in the process of being replaced.
