Hwy 66 Gallup, NM 87301 Type: Cessna 414G Tail #: 6640C Operator/Vendor: Gallup Flying Serivce Weather: Clear. Not a factor Team: Pilot, Flight Nurse, Flight Nurse. No injuries reported. Patient on board. Description: Flight team with patient and passenger aboard, enroute to Albuquerque, NM. Experienced cabin depressurization secondary to unexpected breakage with partial loss of the front co-pilot windshield. Pilot maintained full control and was able to make emergency landing at base, in Gallup, NM, within 8 minutes. Patient care maintained with no injuries reported by patient, passenger, or flight team. Patient transport was continued by another company aircraft. FAA report filed and aircraft released for repair.
