Box 150003 Tulsa, OK 74115-0003 Type: Cessna 425 Conquest Tail #: N67726 Operator/Vendor: Flight Concepts Weather: Night time conditions. No precipitation. Team: Pilot, Nurse. No injuries reported. No patient.. No injuries reported. No patient. Description: After sunset, following the delivery of an ambulatory patient and family to a facility for a heart transplant, the pilot was taxiing slowly for departure from St. Louis Downtown Airport (KCPS). Black ice was encountered and the aircraft skidded off the taxi-way at a very slow speed. The pilot was in the process of shutting down both engines when the right propeller struck a taxi-way sign. No injuries resulted and the aircraft was towed back to the FBO ramp and is out of service until repairs are made.
