Team: Pilot, flight nurse, flight paramedic, and observer. No injuries reported. No patient. 

Description: 
	Shortly after takeoff from Baltimore Pier at 150 feet and 50 KIAS,
	pilot observed oil pressure caution and associated oil pressure loss
	on VEMD for the number 2 engine.  Pilot established single engine
	flight parameters, confirmed appropriate throttle and secured the
	number 2 engine.  Pilot continued climb out, declared an emergency and
	made an uneventful single engine landing at Martin State Airport.
