UW Med Flight - Fatal accident

Description: 
	After refueling at the La Crosse airport, the aircraft departed for
	Madison, WI at 22:34. No patient was onboard. Contact was lost with
	the aircraft and The PAIP was immediately activated. A ground search
	was initiated at 23:04.  The initial search was suspended at 02:00 due
	to darkness and weather. The wreckage of the aircraft was found 09:00
	the next morning, 4.5 miles SE of the airport. There were no
	survivors.
