Not a factor Team: Pilot, flight nurse and flight paramedic. No injuries reported. No patient. Description: During decent from enroute altitude electric trim stopped moving, manual trimming was applied and sparks were observed coming from under consol. Electric trim was disabled and landing was made without the use of elevator trim. Additional Info: Post flight investigation revealed broken trim cable, complete investgation under way.
