	James Taylor, Flight Nurse - injured

Description: 
	Our aircraft, Lifeguard 2 was involved in a mid air collision with
	another programs helicopter while on approach to the helipad at
	Flagstaff Medical Center in Arizona.  The crew was transporting a
	patient from Grand Canyon National Park. 

Additional Info: 
	Memorial Service for Tom Caldwell will be held on Saturday July 5th
	1300 hours MST at the Church of Latter Day Saints 1301 N. Navajo Dr.
	Page, Arizona.
