Description: 
	On approach in to Sitka, Alaska the pilots were unable to lock the
	landing gear down after many laborious manual efforts. An emergency
	landing was initiated at the Sitka airport and the pilots were able to
	safely land the plane without the front landing gear. No injuries
	reported.
