CareFlight - Non-injury incident

Team: Pilot, flight nurse, and flight paramedic. No injuries reported. No patient. 

Description: 
	On September 6th at approximately 1700 CareFlight4 was requested to
	launch for a scene flight in San Juan County in southwestern 
	Colorado. While unloading the crew @ 10890 MSL the tail made contact
	with some willow bushes. During the walk around prior to loading the
	patient the pilot noticed that the tail rotor indicator tabs were
	slightly bent. The aircraft was taken out of service. CareFlight3 was
	launched to rendezvous with the CareFlight4 crew, who were
	transporting the patient in the Silverton Ambulance to a lower LZ. The
	patient was taken on to St Mary?s Hospital.
